A little about how we got here
It all started as a race.
It All Started as a Race
In 2013, Teays Valley wasn't yet established, but our parent company, Iron Men Properties, was founded. Iron Men Properties began as an investment partnership between Mike Sandry and Joe Blake, who were simultaneously competing in Iron Man 70.3 triathlons. The discipline of pushing and encouraging one another to improve performance carries over to Iron Men Properties today.
Our First Project
In 2013, Iron Men Properties remodeled our first building, Memory Hall Apartments. A few years after that, we built our first new construction project, The Flats of Lebanon. We were one of Lebanon's first improvement developments in years, and we are happy to say that today we are still investing in Lebanon's vibrant community.
Frankfort, Indiana
The City of Frankfort, Indiana, and Iron Men Properties partnered to develop a new multi-family apartment building in 2017. We are proud to say that this project revitalized the community and kick-started development downtown. For the first time in 25 years, Frankfort had a new apartment building. Now the city has seen tremendous growth, including a recreation center next to the building we built.
Teays is Born
Then, in 2022, Iron Men Properties was dissatisfied with existing management companies and set out to develop a property management company that aligned with Iron Men's values. So, Teays Valley Property Management was born. Using cutting-edge technology and decades of rental management experience, the team set out to build the next big thing in management.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Yes. Your lease will outline the late fee policy.
Can I set up automatic payments?
Yes, you can set up automatic payments in the rental portal.
Do you have a maintenance team?
Yes, we offer full service maintenance for any issues you might encounter. We also offer 24/7 emergency maintenance.
